Patient TransporterThe Patient Transporter is an integral part of the patient care team providing prompt courteous customer-focused service to the patients, visitors, and coworkers of Boston Medical Center. The Patient Transporter is responsible for patient transport within the hospital and for miscellaneous functions as well. He/she contributes to service excellence by fostering collaboration among and between team members as well as other ancillary departments.Schedule: Part Time 24 hours Days Thursday Friday Saturday 7am-3:30pmJob RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferredExperience: 6-12 months of customer service or hospital experienceCertificates Licenses Registrations Required: CPR/BLS certification preferredKnowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to lift without any limitationsCompensation Range: $17.92-$26.63This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
