Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to become a vital member of our expanding imaging team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including, but not limited to, abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, offering clear explanations and compassion throughout
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Expertly operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, identifying and reporting any issues without delay
• Accurately document procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality within the electronic medical record system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited program in Sonography highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed
