Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Location: Glendale

• Weekly Pay: $2160 to $2360

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and other prescribed treatments
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and state and federal long-term care regulations
• Promote dignity, comfort, independence, and compassionate resident-centered care

Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• Experience with medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
