Payroll Coordinator

We're partnering with a respected and established organization seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their finance team in Columbia, MD. If you have experience processing high-volume, multi-state payroll and enjoy working with people across an organization, this could be a great opportunity. What You'll Do: Coordinate and process semi-monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and reconciliations Manage garnishments, payroll tax support, and payroll-related inquiries Partner closely with HR and Finance teams Support payroll system improvements and process enhancements What We're Looking For: 3+ years of payroll experience Experience with high-volume payroll processing Multi-state payroll experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
