When the Store Manager is absent, you assume primary responsibilities to maintain store performance. Key Responsibilities Brand: Supervise daily associate goals, ensure brand standards, analyze store trends, and resolve customer issues. People: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members; manage associate relations and communication. Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory and payroll, and ensure compliance with store procedures. Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, and ensure policy adherence.
