Physician owned, multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN Physician to join their team in the heart of Washington state!

Details:

• Full-time position - 0.8 FTE position Hospitalist with 0.2 FTE surgical available
• Join a team of 10 OB/GYN physicians
• Stable support staff
• Great safety metrics
• 58 24-hour shifts/year
• Cover Labor and Delivery as well as consult ED
• Weekend and Holiday coverage
• Group is a Gold Award Winner of the AMA's Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout
• Epic EMR
• Ideal candidate should have:
  • Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
  • Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

Compensation/Benefits May Include:

• Salary range: $4,560/24-hour shift
• First year salary guarantee, RVU production in year two
• Signing Bonus
