Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Experience Requirements Two or more years of accounting experience; manufacturing industry background preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system preferred Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting functions Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and solve problems in a fast-paced setting Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Job Duties Analyze manufacturing, labor, and overhead costs against standards to identify variances Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to support month-end closing Assist with budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations Maintain accurate customer and vendor setup and documentation Manage accounts receivable duties, including invoice disputes, past due follow up, and credit checks Perform other accounting related duties as assigned Why This Role?
