Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $30.00 – $52.00 USD/hour (based on experience)

$25,000 USD Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labour, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the birthing process.

Assist physicians and healthcare teams during deliveries and procedures.

Provide newborn care and support immediately after birth.

Educate and support patients and families throughout pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital safety standards.

Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, neonatal teams, and multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

NCLEX-RN Passed

Minimum 2 years of recent Labour & Delivery nursing experience

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Citizenship from USA, Canada, Australia, Chile, or Mexico
