Physical Therapist - PT

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. Work setting: Hospital

Number of beds: 642

Trauma center: Level I

Charting system: Amwell, Citrix, Dell, Epic (Beacon, Cadence, Care Everywhere), GE Healthcare (Centricity)

Required Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
