Customer Account Representative

Job Description Job Description Customer Accounts Representatives (or Account Representatives) serve as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, managing relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. They act as a hybrid of customer service and sales, focusing on retaining existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Key Responsibilities and Roles
Building and maintaining relationships, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Identifying new business leads by participating in bidding, upselling products/services, and meeting sales goals.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and resolving complaints promptly.
Processing orders, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate CRM records, and auditing client files.
Supporting onboarding for new clients and managing the renewal process.

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is often preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
A high school diploma is standard, though a bachelors degree in business or marketing may be preferred for advanced roles.
Strong Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
