Position: Neurologist (General Neurology – 100% Outpatient) – 2027 Neurology Residents 

Location: Hilton Head, South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent

This opportunity is with a well-established and growing healthcare organization serving Hilton Head and the surrounding coastal communities of South Carolina. 

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified General Neurologist to join its expanding 100% outpatient neurology practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for 2027 Neurology residency graduates looking to begin their careers in a supportive and physician-friendly environment. Physicians will care for a diverse outpatient population while working alongside experienced providers and receiving strong clinical and administrative support.

Experienced neurologists are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations and consultations

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological disorders, including headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

• Coordinate diagnostic testing and collaborate with referring physicians and specialists

• Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care coordination

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered neurological care focused on long-term outcomes

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Residency Training: Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program by 2027

Licensure: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure

Experience: 2027 Neurology residents, fellows, and experienced neurologists are encouraged to apply.
