Endoscopy RN 40hrs. Days. Free on-site parking. Shift: 7:15am to 3:45pm with 1 rotating day of 8:00am to 4:30pm; or 7:00am to 5:30pm. Unit Name: Endoscopy GI/ENDO RN. Brief Unit Description: 7 rooms, 4 MAC, 3 conscious sedation procedures, holding and recovery rooms. Open weekdays, with on call for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Years of Experience Required: minimum of 2-3 years working in one location; and 2 years working as a Traveler. Skill Sets Required: GI Technician Endoscopy, Olympus scope set-up, handling and reprocessing. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:1 in rooms 1:2-3 in PACU. Patient Population: Diverse. Bed Count: 18 PACU bays, 8 procedural rooms. Census: 60-70 procedures a day. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. Floating Required: No. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, depending on hours, department is open 6:30am-5:30 pm. Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. AHA ACLS Certification. SGNA or CBSPD strongly preferred.
