- Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams

- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in the Field of Building Automation, HVAC Automation and Technical field.
- 4-year bachelor's degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, etc.) or work experience.
- Understanding of and proficient in project management skills
- Working knowledge of ISO requirements
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs
- Financial acumen and understanding
- Excellent customer service
- Leadership skills: team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus.
- Advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
