Role Description

The Commercial Loan Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK.

This role supports commercial loan officers in the preparation, processing, and servicing of commercial loans. This role involves interacting with customers, preparing documentation, maintaining loan files, and ensuring all loan activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Loans and Loan Servicing, including familiarity with commercial loan processes and ongoing account maintenance
• Skilled in Loan Documents and Loan Closings, with the ability to review documentation for accuracy and coordinate closing activities
• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to client needs
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft office software and comfort working with banking systems and digital records
• Ability to work collaboratively with lending, credit and operations teams, while also handling responsibilities independently
• Prior experience in banking, lending, or loan operations experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial
