Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Track and report project performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing challenges.
