Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to facilitate sustained progress at home.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing educational development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• A current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
