Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Part Time in La Crescent, MN ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Representative with the Honor DiDonato State Farm Agency, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, researching billing questions, making policy changes, responding to company underwriting and service emails, filing and following up on claims, and providing unmatched hospitality. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Facilitate customer understanding of billing accounts and policies. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Mathematical/Accounting proficiency. Previous customer service experience preferred.
