About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Laconia, New Hampshire, 03246!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment at a healthcare facility. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving functional outcomes and independence

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Required: Active PT license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt effectively to new clinical environments and patient populations
