Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, and Oracle HCM technical components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, OTL, and Absence Management modules while driving reporting and analytics initiatives using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

This role requires a balanced mix of functional and technical expertise, including Fast Formula development, reporting, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
• Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and data management

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Time Management

• Configure, support, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll processes
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, garnishments, and tax compliance
• Support integration between Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and other HCM modules
• Perform payroll audits and resolve payroll-related issues

Benefits Administration

• Configure and maintain Benefits Cloud plans, eligibility profiles, rates, and life events
• Support annual Open Enrollment activities including setup, testing, and validation
• Manage benefits-to-payroll integrations and compliance requirements

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain:
  • OTBI Reports
  • BI Publisher Reports
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Dashboards
• Provide reporting and analytics support for business, compliance, and audit requirements
• Analyze payroll and benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities

Fast Formula Development

• Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation
• Support business requirements through formula enhancements and optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations teams
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR system enhancements
• Act as a technical resource for Oracle HCM-related initiatives and support activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-country payroll environments
• Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance and tax regulations
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects
• Familiarity with HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle integrations
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred
