Stipend Description: The Academic Coordinator must be a certified teacher who will assist the building principal, assistant principals and K-12 curriculum coordinators in implementing the established School/district/department goals. This assistance will include facilitating collaborative meetings involving curriculum development, data analysis, instructional impact, and other specified building-based duties. The coordinator must also have a working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets and be willing to work with any data analysis reporting tools. Duties Attend monthly meetings with building administrator(s) after school to plan future PD experiences (choosing protocols, aligning outcomes) Attend monthly meetings with K-12 curriculum coordinators Participate in a 4‑hour summer professional development planning session to occur the week before the start of the school year Work with administrators to prepare and facilitate professional development time Facilitate all types of collaborative inquiry cohorts (grade level, school‑wide, district‑wide) Facilitate the interpretation of data for curriculum and instruction decisions and student intervention Collect and manage data for purchase orders for administration approval and supply needs Department‑based duties Oversee the review and revision of curriculum Compensation

• 5,000 for Middle School English, Social Studies, Math and Science Department Coordinators, while maintaining their current course load.
• 5,000 for Unified Arts Department Coordinator position, which could be split between two people. These department coordinators also maintain their current course load.
