Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for supervising the maintenance personnel and activities including the installation, care and repair of machinery. Key Accountabilities Oversee all maintenance functions for plant and equipment for Cleveland West. Facilitate Maintenance activities within the existing CMM System including: Maintain and improve facility preventive maintenance programs Assign and Schedule the repair of equipment. Maintain records of critical repair parts and maintenance supplies. Maintain records of machine rebuild parts, supplies, and equipment. Requisition equipment and interface with maintenance suppliers Responsible for effective communication with assigned employees and management. Conduct regular informational meetings. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to the product, process or quality system within their area of responsibility. Responsible for the completion of all actions required by corrective or preventive action within their area of responsibility. Other duties as assigned.
