What matters most To thrive as a Full-Time Food Bank Coordinator at The Resource Connection of Amador and Calaveras Counties, Inc., candidates should possess a combination of education and experience that supports effective warehouse operations. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of an AA degree preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of adult supervision experience and ideally possess one year of warehouse experience and inventory control. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email software is essential for efficient communication and reporting. Additionally, a valid Class B California Driver's License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire is necessary. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality while managing inventory will be vital for success in this role.
