EqualAccess is hiring an associate to support both our consulting and recruiting work. This is a hands-on role inside a growing company - ideal for someone who wants exposure to how businesses actually operate and scale.

What you’ll do:

• Support client engagements (SOPs, workflows, documentation, and operational systems)
• Assist with recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Help improve internal operations, tools, and processes
• Contribute to tech/AI implementation and workflow efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years of work experience
• Highly driven individual with an ownership mentality and a proactive mindset
• Strong communicator with a willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment
• Interested in business operations, talent, and how companies actually run
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of Excel, SOPs, Project Management, LLM's

Compensation: Contract role with a high probability of converting to full-time. Equivalent to $55,000–$65,000 annually + commission/bonus.
