Warehouse AssociateOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to be involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment into and from the warehouse in our Honolulu, Hawaii office.Essential ResponsibilitiesConduct inventory control, parts ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management to ensure equipment is up to date and operating properlyProperly contain waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor to ensure proper disposal and complete documentation in compliance with Otis and State regulationsPrepare and submit required paperwork for state taxes due on hazardous waste shipmentsArrange delivery of parts or equipment to jobsitesTrack and submit required paperwork for city parking permits and provide other vehicle fleet administration supportEducation / CertificationsHigh School degree or equivalent requiredBasic Qualifications3-5 years of warehouse and/or inventory management experience is requiredAbility to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersLift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving recordAbility to drive F250 & F350 (1 ton+) trucks to coordinate and make material deliveries and pickupsMust pass Department of Transportation (DOT) examDrive forkliftThe salary range for this role is $72,000 to $84,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.Otis is the world's largest elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service business.
