Overview We're looking for an early-career, people-first professional to join us as our People Operations Associate. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn talent acquisition, culture, HR, and employee experience from the inside of a fast-moving, founder-led creative company. You'll work directly alongside our SVP of Operations, supporting day-to-day people activities and building your skills across recruiting, onboarding, culture, and employee experience. We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for the right person: organized, warm, adaptable, and genuinely excited to grow in this space. What You’ll Do People Operations & Employee Support Support employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and people-related follow-up under the guidance of the SVP of Operations Help maintain organized employee records, HR trackers, onboarding checklists, and people operations documentation Coordinate with our PEO on employee questions, benefits, payroll items, and compliance workflows Assist with performance review administration and employee development tracking Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion Culture & Team Experience Help plan and coordinate team activities, culture events, recognition moments, and internal communications Support initiatives tied to our core values: Own It, Work Smarter Not Harder, Respect Your Team, Be Flexible, and pursue Excellence with Integrity Help create a consistent, welcoming employee experience across our corporate, manufacturing, remote, and contractor teams Assist with internal announcements, team updates, and recognition messages Talent Acquisition Support Support full-cycle recruiting coordination: posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting reference and background checks Help maintain a clear, organized recruiting pipeline with regular status updates Ensure every candidate experiences Art Remedy as professional, warm, and organized Process & Documentation Help build and maintain simple SOPs, checklists, and internal people operations resources Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve speed and clarity Document repeatable processes to reduce dependency on individual knowledge holders Support broader administrative and operational follow-up as needed What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, talent acquisition, office administration, or a related field. We care more about who you are than what your resume says.
