This is a full-time opportunity located in Baltimore, MD. * Provide programming, data processing, and troubleshooting support for human population-based studies involving omics, clinical, phenotype, and wearable/sensor data.* Perform computational analyses using established bioinformatics and statistical methods for multi-omics and wearable datasets and integrate them into epidemiological research.* Process raw data, including quality control, alignment, quantification, normalization, and generation of analysis-ready datasets.* Provide large-scale genome-wide DNA and protein sequence analysis.* Assist with development and maintenance of Oracle database for genomics and proteomics projects in the Translational Gerontology Branch (TGB).**What You Will Need:*** Master’s Degree* A minimum of ONE (1) year of experience working in bioinformatics, biomedical or clinical research, or related science field.* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Previous experience working with NIH preferred.The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00.
