Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC)* Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and in-process production* Operate and monitor quality control processes on production lines (including extraction processes)* Conduct laboratory testing and sensory evaluations to ensure product compliance* Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in line with regulatory requirements* Investigate product deviations and quality incidents, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions* Support the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and quality procedures* Partner with production teams to promote quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School diploma or equivalent required* 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or quality control* Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF or BRC)* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities* Ability to perform basic math and interpret data accurately* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed**How You Would Stand Out*** HACCP, PCQI, or SQF Practitioner certification* Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 22002 standards* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field**Why Choose Us?*** Opportunity to work in a global, innovation-driven organization* Strong focus on food safety, quality, and continuous improvement* Career development opportunities within IFF* Collaborative and inclusive work environment* Exposure to advanced quality systems and manufacturing processes* Competitive compensation and benefits packageWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
