Schedule: Hybrid, onsite Tuesday to Thursday, remote Monday and Friday Duration: 6-month contract We’re hiring a Sr. UX Product Designer to support a major airline’s Digital Customer Experience team. This person will work on customer-facing and employee-facing applications, owning UX initiatives from early discovery through design, research, prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and engineering implementation. This is a great opportunity for a UX designer who enjoys solving complex digital experience problems, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, and creating clean, user-centered designs across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end UX design from ideation, research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups through final implementation. Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to influence product decisions using UX best practices, research, and design principles. Create user flows, wireframes, conceptual diagrams, prototypes, and polished designs using tools like Figma. Conduct and support user research, usability testing, heuristic reviews, interviews, and design validation. Present design work clearly to stakeholders and communicate design decisions through strong storytelling. Design responsive, adaptive, and accessible experiences for desktop, mobile, web, iOS, and Android. Manage feedback, design revisions, risks, and status updates using tools like Jira, Rally, or Aha!. Must-Haves 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar. Strong experience with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, flows, and high-fidelity designs. Experience working closely with Engineers from concept through implementation. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders. Experience designing responsive, adaptive, and accessible digital experiences. Nice-to-Haves Experience with WCAG 2.0+ AA accessibility standards. Experience with design systems and enterprise design standards. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
