Investment Banking Vice President | Healthcare Technology

(NYSE:HLI) is a leading global investment bank recognized for delivering independent strategic and financial advice to corporations, financial sponsors and governments. The Healthcare Technology team focuses on software platforms and tech-enabled services for provider, payor, pharma and life sciences end markets, delivering M&A advisory services including sell-side and buy-side M&A and capital raising to entrepreneur-owned, private equity-backed, and public companies.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee financial models, marketing collateral and client presentations
• Perform research and analyses to support new business generation and execution of M&A transactions
• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions
• Develop marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations and other materials as needed
• Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analyses
• Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
• 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience
• Undergraduate degree with exemplary academic record from an accredited institution
• Strong analytical, quantitative and technical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
• Extensive operational, financial modeling and valuation experience
• Hands-on M&A experience
• Transaction experience in the Healthcare or Technology industry

Compensation & Benefits

Houlihan Lokey offers a competitive total compensation package, which may include discretionary incentive compensation. Base Salary is $250,000 - $250,000. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience and location. The firm provides a competitive benefits package.
