ABOUT THE ROLE

The 1st Phorm Student Marketer is a paid, part-time opportunity for students who are passionate about fitness, health, and connecting with others on campus. As a Student Marketer, you'll help introduce fellow students to the 1st Phorm brand through product sampling, grassroots marketing, and campus activations. You'll represent 1st Phorm at high-traffic locations, student events, tailgates, recreation centers, and other areas where students gather. This role is perfect for students who enjoy meeting new people, being involved on campus, and gaining hands-on marketing experience while working independently and creatively. WHAT YOU'LL DO Represent the Brand on Campus Serve as the face of 1st Phorm on your campus. Build awareness of the brand through authentic conversations and interactions with fellow students. Share your enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness with your campus community. Execute Grassroots Marketing Activations Distribute product samples in high-traffic areas around campus. Participate in tailgates, student events, recreation centers, club meetings, and other campus gatherings. Set up simple sampling stations and engage students with the brand. Capture photos and content from activations to share with the marketing team. Create Meaningful Student Connections Build relationships with students, organizations, and campus groups. Identify opportunities to introduce 1st Phorm products to new audiences. Help grow the brand's presence within your campus community. Track Results and Report Activity Submit activation recaps, photos, and engagement metrics. Monitor product inventory and communicate when additional supplies are needed. Attend virtual team meetings and stay connected with the Student Marketer team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled at the university you are applying to represent. Active and involved on campus through organizations, clubs, athletics, Greek life, or other student activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Passion for fitness, wellness, nutrition, or an active lifestyle. Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
