The opportunity (Role summary) As a Graphic Designer, you will develop compelling visual content that aligns with the organization’s mission and branding guidelines. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and development teams, ensuring designs meet project goals and deadlines. This role is primarily onsite, fostering close teamwork and creative synergy. Key responsibilities Lead the creation of visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Manage multiple design projects from concept through to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, on-brand visuals. Maintain consistency across all visual communications. Analyze project requirements and present effective design solutions. Improve design processes and workflows for efficiency and quality. What you'll bring Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent. Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Eligibility to work in the designated location without restrictions.
