Schedule: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday (OT as needed) Why You’ll Love Working at Valley Craft 4-day workweek — Fridays as needed only No evenings or weekends (great work-life balance) Competitive pay + $1,000 sign-on bonus Clean, safety-focused shop environment Friendly, collaborative team culture Real opportunities for advancement What You’ll Do Fabricate daily production and custom orders MIG and/or TIG welding to quality standards Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery Position materials using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools Maintain productivity targets (3 cabinets per hour) Follow work instructions and safety procedures Support light machine maintenance as needed What We’re Looking For 1+ year of MIG welding experience (TIG a plus) Knowledge of metalworking equipment and processes Ability to read basic blueprints (training provided) Strong attention to quality and safety Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Valley Craft Ind.
