Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO) About the Company Fast-growing cryptocurrency investment & trading company Industry Investment Management Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO) with a strong background in quantitative crypto trading, particularly in the areas of XRP strategies and DeFi markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing trading frameworks that drive alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend Wall Street precision with the speed of Web3, and who has a proven track record of managing large portfolios and leading teams of quants and data scientists. The CIMO will play a key role in the company's growth, with a focus on scaling the business to achieve significant AUM within the next few years. Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed a team with a substantial AUM. Mastery in algorithmic trading, on-chain data analysis, and a strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in crypto, XRP, DeFi, or alternative markets, and experience in wealth management territories such as Canada, Dubai, and Australia is a bonus. The role demands a leader who has previously hired and retained top talent in the field and is ready to take on the challenge of leading the future of DeFi and digital asset investment performance.
