Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Outpatient/Clinic | Flexible start date; 13–26 week contract duration | 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour schedule options; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to outpatient clinic patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with clinic protocols and leadership direction
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience OR at least 1 year of physical therapy experience in another clinical setting
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or clinic-based setting
• Comfort working within a productivity-driven outpatient environment
