Summary:

**Required Experience or Skills:** - 2 years of experience - First time travelers are accepted - Must have all common drips seen in ER (pressors, sedation, etc.) experience - Must be able to read and interpret their own strips (no monitor techs) **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Preferred or Special Skills:** - Ability to precept as needed by the unit **Licensure:** - License to Submit is required **Additional Requirements:** - RN must pass the ADVANCED Dysrhythmia test with 83% before signing the contract (three attempts allowed) **Educational Requirements:** - BSN is not required **Unit/Department Specific Orientation:** - 1-3 shifts dependent on experience with a preceptor and a checkoff packet Candidates may not have been employed directly by CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year, except PRN through outside firms.
