As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center environment
• Experience with CRM software
