Air Export Specialist

Position Air Export Specialist（Tentative） Essential Duties Operations & Booking: Plan and arrange daily air export shipments; negotiate and secure cargo space with commercial airlines and charter carriers. Documentation: Prepare and process accurate export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with industry regulations. Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with airlines, ground handling agents, and local trucking companies to schedule timely pickups, airport deliveries, and line-hauls. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, providing status updates, rate quotes, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues. Cargo Tracking & Exception Handling: Track and trace active shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery; proactively manage potential delays or discrepancies. Working Hours / Working style Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 Working Location Springfield Gardens, NY Salary / Benefit
