POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead the team in performing all levels of HVAC system installation, including but not limited to, furnaces, air-handlers, condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, refrigeration line sets, high and low voltage electrical circuits, ductless split systems, condensation lines, supply and return airduct systems, registers, thermostats, venting, natural gas and propane. You will also train and mentor HVAC Apprentices and Installers to help build a successful team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Ensure all installs meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operation Perform system start-ups, testing, and final walkthroughs with customers Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Coordinate with the team to keep install schedules on track Use Service Titan to document jobs, upload photos, and complete checklists Deliver 5-star customer experiences and help generate positive reviews

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$35 to $40.00 per hour.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting salary fo r this opportunity range is listed . Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
