Shift: PART TIME 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (8 hours a day) Work Experience:
Performs radiologic treatments for patients.
-Responsible for pre-treatment services and delivery of radiologic treatment. Recognize all types of radiation reactions and provides the proper care and instructions to patients.
-Educate patients with respect to radiation therapy reactions and also life style modifications.
-Instruct incoming Residents and technologists in the use of equipment.
-Prepare cerrobend alloy blocks.
-Fabricate plastic holders for blocks. Education:
-High School diploma or equivalent required.
-Graduate of accredited radiologic program required. License: ARRT R Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
