Traveling Field Supervisor - Low Voltage

Low-Voltage and IT Systems — New Construction and Existing Facilities

We are looking for a  Traveling Field Operations Supervisor  with experience in low-voltage, data, voice, wireless, CCTV, and access control within the senior living, MDU, and mid-rise commercial construction fields. This is a supervisory/leadership position.

Working alongside our internal project management teams, this supervisor will lead field crews delivering low-voltage structured cabling, wireless networks, phone systems, CCTV, access control, and IPTV systems — across both commercial new construction and active senior living facilities. Strong leadership is essential: you will work directly with construction superintendents, project managers, and IT directors to drive projects forward on schedule. You will read and work from construction drawings and network topology plans, maintain detailed documentation of tasks, punch lists, timelines, and milestones, and perform quality assurance inspections throughout each project phase. At completion, you will compile and deliver a comprehensive closeout package to the customer.

This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Because our senior living community portfolio spans the country, the role requires approximately 50% nationwide travel. Dual Path will cover all related travel expenses (air travel, rental car, and accommodations).
