Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, behavior technician, or similar school-based support role

• Flexibility to work collaboratively within diverse classroom environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under the guidance of teachers and licensed support staff
• Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Help monitor student progress and adapt strategies to support individual needs
• Support classroom activities and promote social-emotional learning
• Maintain accurate documentation as required
