PSAE - Stand up Forklift Operator and Order Picker Operator

Our client, a growing snack distribution center in Avon, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as a Stand up Forklift Operator and Order Picker Operator. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. 

Job Title:  Stand up Forklift Operator and Order Picker Operator

Location: Avon, IN

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shifts available: 
Weekend shift Saturday and Sunday 6am -6pm - can get additional hours through the week if desired.
1st shift 7am -3pm 2nd shift 3pm -11pm 3rd shift 11pm -7am

What's the Job?

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and promptly
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Support overtime work as required to meet operational demands

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating stand-up forklifts or similar equipment
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
