We specialize in generational trauma, parent-child relationship issues, behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and family conflict. We strive to give our clients the best quality care & treatment to help them have the best quality of life. We want to provide the highest level of service while individualizing every customer and maintaining integrity, fairness, and honesty.Role DescriptionThis part-time/full-time hybrid role is for a Mental Health Clinician (Therapist) at Celestial Hope Rising Services. The Clinician will provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to clients. They will also develop and implement treatment plans, provide crisis intervention and patient advocacy, and maintain records compliant with industry regulations.Role ResponsibilitiesAssess clients' needs and level of functioning.Meet with clients for individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.Provide crisis counseling and safety planning to individuals, children, and families as necessary.Provide clinical interventions for teachers, parents, and caregivers to generalize skills in other environments.Provide collateral parties with information to best meet the client's needs as necessary.Complete appropriate mental health documentation, including but not limited to client plans, biopsychosocial assessments, performance outcomes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries as required.Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards, including COMAR regulations.QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldLicensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Clinician (LMSW), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), or equivalentExperience with individuals, couples, family, or group therapy, and knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychotherapyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse populationUnderstanding of ethical and legal issues related to clinical practice and knowledge of state and federal laws and regulationsAbility to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client recordsCommitment to ongoing professional development, training, and supervision1-3+ years of experienceMalpractice InsuranceResponsibilities:Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal historyDevelop and execute individual treatment plansDetermine appropriate milestones to gauge client progressCommunicate client updates to all relevant partiesFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programsMaintain accurate client documentationBenefits:Full & part-time roles available with flexible schedulesOption to be a W-2 employee or 1099 contractorHealth and Dental Insurance (Coming Soon)PTO / Paid Time Off401K with Company MatchingJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeRetention bonus:Full-Time Therapists: $1,800 (paid at 6 and 12 months)Part-Time Therapists: $1,200 (paid at 6 and 12 months)Celestial Hope Rising Services is seeking compassionate, motivated master's-level therapists to join our growing outpatient team.
