Responsibilities:
Coordinate the admission process for new residents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure residents receive the highest quality care
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulations, with a willingness to learn and adapt
