Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Neuro ICU in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 1 year of travel experience.
• Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment NCU skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Glen Falls Hospital, Saratoga Hospital, or Columbia Memorial Hospital in the past 12 months.
• Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 1 experience
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU staff experience specifically with trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. Trauma Level One experience. Proficiency in Epic EMR.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 14 days of time off can be requested.
