Product Development Engineer - Materials & Testing

Flint Group is seeking a dedicated engineer to develop and innovate new products, compounds and processes for bringing market-ready products to life and improving existing offerings. You will apply engineering and analytical expertise to solve complex blending, milling, and formulation challenges in product development.
