Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing execution, campaign coordination, and customer engagement initiatives. This role will help coordinate email and direct marketing campaigns, manage project workflows, support creative development, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution Support the execution of direct mail and email marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. Maintain and manage the single‑send email calendar, coordinating campaign timing, content needs, and stakeholder alignment. Assist with quarterly email marketing planning, including scheduling, campaign readiness, and execution support. Project Coordination & Workflow Management Manage project workflows and timelines within Monday.com, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and deliverables remain on track. Track project status, flag risks or delays, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders. Support overall campaign execution efficiency through strong organization, documentation, and follow‑through. Creative & Content Coordination Assist with visual briefing development in Figma, helping ensure creative direction is clear and actionable. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to support asset creation, revisions, approvals, and final delivery. Help ensure creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives. Asset & File Management Maintain organized systems for file storage, asset archiving, and documentation. Ensure marketing assets are easy to locate, properly labeled, and aligned with content governance best practices. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as a point of contact for agency follow‑ups related to timelines, deliverables, and campaign needs. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to support smooth execution of marketing programs. Help ensure agency outputs are aligned with brand expectations and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, digital marketing, or campaign support. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience coordinating projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with marketing tools, email marketing platforms, or project management systems preferred. Monday.com experience is a plus. Email marketing experience is a plus. Figma exposure is helpful but not required.
