Asphalt Plant ForemanJob Functions:Operating a Mobile Asphalt Plant with up-to-date computerized equipment controlsOversee plant maintenance and operationEnsure that the equipment & plant functions as designed at all timeAssist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions in order to minimize downtime as well as striving to improve equipment/plant operating efficiency to maximize production, save time, save fuel, and minimize laborIn charge of plant tear-down and plant setsDaily reportingJob Requirements:Seeking a candidate with at least two (2) seasons of experience operating a hot asphalt plant; however, we are willing to perform additional training as requiredModerate to heavy lifting, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs and ladders frequently, kneeling, and stoopingClear and effective communication skills (speech, vision, hearing/listening, writing, etc.)Valid driver licenseAbility to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug &/or alcohol screensWork Week / Job Duration:Typically work 50 to 70+ hours, 5-6 days per week, depending on the weather & project status. Work is generally from thaw until freeze-up.Compensation:Full benefits paid through UnionEmployer-provided camper spots available in the Dickinson-Williston area at no cost to employee
