We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team and drive excellence across our water and wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—ensuring reliable operations that serve communities every day.What You'll DoAs the Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations and lead a team responsible for keeping essential equipment and systems performing at their best. You'll play a key role in planning, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency. In this role, you will:Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve high performance and safety standardsPlan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activitiesEnsure all maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedulePrioritize and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtimePartner with plant leadership to improve mechanical reliability and optimize systemsImplement and enhance maintenance programs, including CMMS/work order systemsAllocate resources effectively and support training and development initiativesContribute to performance management, including evaluations and staffing recommendationsQualifications:Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or utility environmentStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsWorking knowledge of pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control systemsFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and organizational skillsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree in maintenance technology (or similar) preferred7–10 years of maintenance experience, including hands-on work with pumps, motors, and controlsDemonstrated experience prioritizing work and leading maintenance operationsLicenses & Certifications:Valid driver's license requiredCDL is a plusPhysical Requirements:This role involves working in active plant environments and may include:Frequent walking, climbing, and stoopingLifting up to 50 lbsExposure to varying weather and environmental conditionsTo support a safe and secure workplace, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of background screening, drug testing, and driving record review where applicable.Inframark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
