Senior Restaurant Manager A respected upscale restaurant group is seeking a passionate Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Benefits & Compensation Annual salary between $80,000–$85,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plus additional supplement plans 1 week of vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year Paid time off and sick leave Employee Assistance Program and employee recognition programs Complimentary employee meals Supportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on growth and development Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining, or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level food & beverage hotel restaurant Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field Strong knowledge and understanding of all front‑of‑house roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed Demonstrated team player with a hands‑on attitude and high standards Understands financials, forecasting, and POS systems (Toast or similar) Proficient in Excel, Word, and related software Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and team members Preferred Background & Skills Experience with employee hiring, training, and development Familiarity with bar programs and inventory processes Bilingual fluency is a plus Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the front‑of‑house team to ensure outstanding guest service Oversee floor management, including engaging with guests and managing daily operations Coordinate closely with back‑of‑house management to maintain seamless communication Manage and support opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling Conduct pre‑shift meetings and ongoing training to uphold service standards Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management of team members Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies Represent the management team by providing constructive feedback and actively contributing to improvements If you are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact and grow with a leading organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
